The aroma may be the best part of this tea, with the flavor being a solid second. The smell is just about perfect if you're in the mood for something at once spicy and comforting.

The flavor was full and satisfying, though I'd personally prefer a tiny bit of sweetness be added to the flavor. So I ended up adding a bit of sugar. After that, I ended up adding a decent splash of milk to try a thrown together sort of latte. This went *very* well. I bet this would be phenomenal as the basis for an iced latte.

This was brewed for me at a cafe, so I can't give details on making it other than to say that they follow the instructions on the package regarding steep time and temperature.
