Wow, this is quite a different tea from any others I've tried. Its flavor is at once vegetal, silky, savory, and a little salty. It's almost broth-like in its flavor and texture, but far more smooth. It tastes like a tea that would be good in the winter when you're craving something substantial and comforting, but not in a sugary way. It's good, but definitely a tea to save for when you're in just the right mood for it.

Update: In those moments, this tea is perfect. Totally satisfying, high quality tea. :-) Tastes even better if left warming to thicken up a bit.
