A nice green tea! It has a quality that is both vegetable and not-quite-baked. I'm not entirely sure how to describe this. It tastes similar to teas that I had while in Japan, and which I enjoyed very much there. It seems to have cause a slight tickle in my throat the way that some green teas can. I still need to figure out what quality of some, but not most, green teas is causing that reaction. It has a slight accent of bitterness or astringency, but it's one that I actually enjoy.
All in all, this seems like a classic everyday drinking tea.
