I've only had this as iced tea with sugar, not hot.
It took me a while to figure out how to prepare this to my taste. It was far too bitter when steeped cold overnight, and also when steeped in boiling water for 5 minutes (and then cooled). I found that steeping it in boiling water for around 4 minutes is best. To this I added 1/4 cup sugar per quart of tea. I like iced tea pretty sweet, so you might prefer less sugar and maybe more steeping time.
With that preparation, I liked it quite a bit. The peach aroma is very strong and delicious. I feel like maybe the tea and the peach conflict somewhat and don't quite blend perfectly, though. But I'll probably buy it again.
