This is a fantastic iced tea that kept good flavor on rebrewing - when filling my pitcher I brew a quart with 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon, then use the same leaves on a second quart. It smells pleasantly peachy and not artificial at all, and it tastes sweet and a little bitter and astringent. A 3 oz bag has produced many gallons of tea, so despite the cost it's a real bargain since it rebrews so well. It makes a fantastic Arnold Palmer with lemonade but I usually drink it straight without any sweetener. I wish it had a slightly stronger aroma but it's honestly my favorite tea in the world.
