This tea tastes sort of bready and soapy at the same time, but in a good way. It's not too strong and not too astringent, which is good. It's a nice tea to have with bland foods because stronger foods would overpower the flavor of the tea. Overall this was a pretty decent tea, however, there are much cheaper tea that I really enjoy and would probably get over this one.
