Thanks to Greg and Inge for this Christmas gift. A malty and complex Assam that feels very nice on the palate. This went very well with soy milk, which is not what always happens when I add soy milk. A treat for sure.

That's kinda random that you got to try two teas from the same garden, but from different retailers. I always like when I get the opportunity to do that.
I had the opportunity to try one of these single-estate teas from Taylors of Harrogate a while back, when I found it for sale in a local market. It was one from Doomur Dullung estate, and was very enjoyable. I wish they were more widely available; usually I only see their blends for sale.

I wish I could tell you where it was purchased, but it was a gift. Whole Foods maybe? I haven't been knocked out by their tea selection - mostly bags, and I don't have to tell you that real tea lovers want loose tea.
Thanks for schooling me on tea terms - so tea garden is what you call one of these producers.
