I purchased Harney and Son's Organic Jasmine along with their Dragon Jasmine Pearls and their Jasmine (non-organic). I brewed all of them according to Harney and Son's directions (1 tsp tea to 1c water at 175F for 3 min).

Organic Jasmine has the least jasmine aroma and flavor of the three. That's not to say it isn't good... it's just an observation. The Organic Jasmine is more simillar to their Jasmine (non-organic) as it is darker in color and stronger in overall flavor than the Dragon Jasmine Pearls which has the lightest color yet most sublime flavor of the three.

I favor Harney and Sons Jasmine (non-organic) over the Organic Jasmine because of the stronger jasmine flavor. However, if you prefer more emphasis on the tea over the jasmine flavor, you may prefer the Organic Jasmine. Both have a similar stronger astringency, but not to the point of being bitter at all. Both are excellent served hot and are also very flavorful and refreshing served iced.

If you are looking for a more refined, subtle, and sublime jasmine tea, you will probably prefer the Dragon Jasmine Pearls.
