Half-litre pot at home. Pours clear dark amber with no sediment. Clear aroma of pure black tea, with very mild hints of orange. Delicate flavour of fine tea leaves, with barely discernible touches of bark. Bitter, slightly astringent palate with a gentle, slightly acidic aftertaste. Clean and of very fine quality, tastes best unsweetened, but a pinch of sugar is not amiss here, either. The leaves are small, curly and of a various shades of grey, sepia brown and yellow. Not the cheapest of Gschwendner teas (€8.10 per 100 g) but worth every cent. Definitely recommended!
