Half-litre pot at home, made from pieces of dried apples, sprinkled with citric acid and aroma. Pours clear light straw (against white china) with no sediment. Clear aroma of tart apples, with hints of vanilla. Sweet flavour of apples and vanilla, with some crispy, dry touches. Smooth, fruity palate with an aftertaste of vanilla and mild citric notes. A nice fruit tea. Affordable at first sight, too (€3.80 per 100 g) but not really cost efficient, given that the recommended amount is 25 g mixture to 1 l water. Well, as with Fireside Glow from the same company, I chose to brew the tea for 10 minutes (the suggested brewing time being between 5 and 10 minutes) but use "only" 20 g per litre rather than 25. The flavour, although it is clear enough, could be more pronounced - quite unlike it is the case with Fireside Glow, which definitely offers a clear taste experience even with a reduced amount of mixture used.
