Half-litre pot at home, made from a sample included in the tea company's Advent Tea Calendar (2020) and consisting of fine Rooibos leaves and small pieces of cream caramel. Pours clear copper brown (against white china) with no sediment. Clear aroma of Rooibos leaves, with notes of fudge and touches of almonds. Bitterish, slightly roasty flavour with clear notes of caramel and Rooibos leaves. Creamy palate with mild roasty and leafy notes. A nice one. I have had caramel Rooibos before and generally liked it, and this yet another one of the kind. Reasonable price, given the context (ca. €0.42 per 1 sample in the collection). I might consider buying a regular portion one day.
