This pu-erh tea is wonderful! It has this rich vegetabley taste and it is thick bodied, almost like vegetable soup stock. Its really smooth and has no bitterness to it, its really enjoyable!

Yeah!!! I'm surprised how fast the bitterness got reduced in this one. The commercial description says it is bitter, and when I brewed it when it was only 2 years old, it was still quite bitter, and that is almost entirely gone in the three years that have passed since then.
