Commercial Description
Kiri no Ne Matcha is an Usucha type Matcha or ‘thin’ Matcha great for everyday consumption. This is an impressive and direct green tea powder with a defined flavor. Usucha is usually stronger and slightly more bitter that Koicha or thick matcha.
Brewing Instructions: (from Admari Tea)
Using a Chashaku (Bamboo Tea Scoop), scoop a teaspoon into a Chawan (tea bowl). Take freshly boiled yet cool water and pour over Matcha. Using your Chasen (Bamboo Whisk) whisk the powder into a froth. Use approximately 1 teaspoon to 4 ounces water.
