This is the green tea in my office; perhaps that alone makes me dislike it more. Maybe I'm unsophisticated, but I take the aroma to be weak and bland, not delicate. It has a very light body, and fairly pale copper hue. The flavor is mild, and lacks both the grassiness and the roastiness that I associate with most decent standard bagged green teas. To Jenna's point, I have never found it bitter, even when I oversteep it (such as when I take a call and forget it is steeping). If I were buying, I'd pick Lipton (which is less expensive) ten times out of ten. But I get this for free at work, so...

This tea is pretty good. Not too vegetal for my taste. I don't usually like high-quality green teas, so this tea must not be very high-quality. I added cream and sugar.

No-frills, light green tea you normally find in office buildings and drink because there's nothing else around. Strangely, it brews a sort of redish color... makes me wonder. All in all, a forgettable, satisfactory flavor– amazingly, not terribly bitter. I'm sure however, if you leave the teabag in too long it'll be unbearable.
