Commercial Description
Jade Sword is characterized by small, slightly downy, twisted sea-green leaves. It grows high in the cool, misty mountain air and has a clean, round, refreshing flavour and a pleasingly sweet finish.
Brewing Instructions: (from Canton Tea Co)
1-2 tsp per cup (200ml); water temperature 70°C (158°F): infuse 2 minutes
