These pomelos were hollowed out, the fruit from inside was mixed with oolong tea, then put back in, covered with its own lid, wrapped in wire, slow-dried over a hearth, then allowed to age. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the citrus scent that will fill the room when you first take the top off of your pomelo.
