This is a wonderful caffeine free alternate to overly sugary hot chocolate.
The red peppercorns, cardamom and ginger give this rooibos chai its character. To enhance the flavor, I take out a few of the whole cardamom and pepper seeds and crush them before adding back to the mixture. We add a bit of honey which makes this a great winter night drink. I am not a fan of the coconut though, but I can live with it.
