I purchased Harney and Son's loose Jasmine tea along with their Dragon Jasmine Pearls and their Organic Jasmine. I brewed all of them according to Harney and Son's directions (1 tsp tea to 1 cup water at 175F for 3 min).
The "Jasmine" had the strongest aroma and most pronounced jasmine flavor of the three. It was also the darkest color. It is excellent served hot, but it also makes a wonderfully fragrant and refreshing iced tea.
The Jasmine is a little more astringent than the Pearls, but the astringency is not to the point of being bitter at all. I actually like Jasmine better than the Pearls especially iced. However, the Pearls aroma is more sublime and refined.
As for the Organic Jasmine, it is a little less fragrant than the Jasmine. I will review it and the Dragon Pearls separately.
