Commercial Description
Kawane is the mountain region of Shizuoka prefecture, Japan's largest tea-growing region. Needle-shaped tea leaves yield a deep yellow liquor with a complex savory plum aroma. The flavor is bittersweet and vegetal with a lingering ripe aftertaste.
