Commercial Description

Also known as Gushan Baiyun, this tea is grown in the peaks of northern Fujian. The tea is picked in the springtime and allowed to dry in the sun, then quickly heated to prevent the tea from oxidizing. This produces a tea that is light and easy to drink, with a sweet, fruity flavor and a mellow and slightly nutty aroma.
