Commercial Description
Each delicate, young bud is carefully plucked at dawn while still encased in a layer of dew. After plucking, they are left to dry in the sun for just the right length of time before they are ever-so-gently rolled in cloth to form these beautiful silver needles. Then they are dried some more...
Brewing Instructions: (from The Simple Leaf Tea)
1 tsp. / 6oz cup
160 - 170° hot water
3 minute infusion
