I have a bit of a weakness for Earl Grey for my "morning" coffee, but this is similar enough to make my shelf! It has just a touch of lavender to it, which offsets the Earl Grey-ish flavor wonderfully. While I drank my first cup straight, I suspect this would be wonderful with a touch of honey. I may have to try that next time.
