Commercial Description
Two exquisite leaves and a single silver bud are picked from the branches of the Camellia Sinensis plant to produce this beautiful, sublime white tea. From the Wuyi County of Fujian province in China, this tea has a pale golden infusion, an aroma of honey and fresh fruits and a delightfully refreshing, rounded flavour with hints of cucumber and melon. Delicate and noble, this Pai Mu Tan is to be savoured.
Brewing Instructions: (from T2 Tea)
1 tsp per 250mls, brew at 80 degrees for 5-7 mins
