Half-litre pot at home. Pours clear fudge brown with no sediment. Clear, intense aroma of baked apples, with notes of cinnamon, touches of black tea and hints of caramel. Mildly bitter onset, giving way to sweetish notes of apples and acidic and spicy hints. Clean and bitterish palate. Easy to drink, especially enjoyable on a cold winter's day. Good, although the baked apple aroma is more intense than the flavour.
