Half-litre pot in the tea lounge at TeeGschwendner, Hamburg, made from a mixture of Oolong and black teas, pieces of apple, rose petals, cornflower blossom, and lemon and orange peel. Pours clear orangeish straw (against white china), with no sediment. Clear aroma of black tea, with pronounced notes of orange and touches of cinnamon. Bitterish flavour of black tea, with fruity and citric notes and sweetish touches of spice (cinnamon? cloves?) A rather mild and citric palate, with only delicately astringent touches. A delicious drink, consumed in a cozy, teddybearlike setting.

12 g / l; 100 C; 2 min.

P.S. On leaving the tea lounge I bought 100 g of the loose blend. When I tried it at home, having brewed it according to the instruction, it still tasted very good but somehow the delicate charm was less discernible.
