Commercial Description
Legendary tea from the Zhejiang province is entirely handmade producing flat jade-green leaves leading to a mellow-sweet tea with chestnut undertones. Plucked and processed according to the ancient methods of 'Ch'a Ching,' or the 'way of tea.' Dragonwell is known for promoting mental alertness and carries a lingering sweet aroma.
Brewing Instructions: (from Teavana)
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8oz of water. Heat water to 175-180 degrees and steep tea for 1.5-2 minutes. 2oz of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.

Not a bad tea, but not as impressive as other Dragonwells I've had, actually. It went bitter too easily (and the infusion was still pretty weak) and it wasn't grassy enough for my taste. Worth trying, but not quite as good as I was hoping.

Dragon Well greens teas are my favorite of the greens. This one is the perfect balance of bright grassy flavor and more mellow earthy tastes. I'm not sure the exact specs on when this particular Dragon Well was picked or what flush it might be but regardless its flavor works for me! :)
