Commercial Description
An energizing blend of Yerba Mate with lemongrass, rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. This tea contains about the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee, but won't cause the jitteriness or addictive tendencies because it includes other natural xanthines as well as caffeine.
Brewing Instructions: (from Teavana)
Use 1.5 teaspoons of tea per 8oz of water. Heat water to 208 degrees and steep tea for 5-6 minutes. 2oz of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.

Great tea as an alternative to coffee, and especially great in the morning. Does well iced or hot, and has a great deep lemony flavor without being too stringent. Tastes like a lemon Life-Saver!
