One-litre pot at home, made from dried leaves and blossom of organic sideritis. Pours clear peach yellow (against white china) with no sediment. Intense herbal aroma, resembling a blend of chamomile and peppermint. Ditto flavour, with notes of fennel. Amazing how a single plant can give such nuances. Peppery and minty palate with mild acidic hints. No caffeine. No other ingredients than the sideritis. I am nothing less than astonished. That should not perhaps apply to the price: the tea is not exactly cheap (€7.50 per 100 g), but it is definitely worth the money. A really good herbal tea!
