Commercial Description
This selection is handcrafted from a bold-leaf Yunnan varietal. The dry leaves have a tightly rolled spiral "snail" shape, with a dark color, accented with some golden tips. The smooth cup has notes of cocoa and caramel, as well as the classic Yunnan spice hints.
Brewing Instructions: (from Upton Tea Imports)
2¼ g/cup, 212°F, 4-5 min.

The aroma is "earthy". The leaves are rolled into small balls, thus the snail name. Liquor has rich color. Excellent clean clear flavor. I'm impressed with this tea. Certainly it has made it to my top 3. I will purchase this tea again and again.
