Norbu Tea Company is a tea company, founded in 2007 by Gregory Glancy and based in Dallas, TX. The name Norbu originates from a Tibetan word meaning "precious jewel", and is a nickname given to the owner, Gregory Glancy, when he was traveling in the Tibetan autonomous region.
Norbu focuses on single-origin, single-harvest loose-leaf artisan teas, and stocks and sells them in small batches. Their offerings include rare and unusual teas that can be hard to find elsewhere. They sell teas from Darjeeling, Nepal, Taiwan, and Yunnan province.
