Tao Tea Leaf is a tea company founded in 2009 by Tao Wu, and based in the Rosedale-Yorkville neighborhood of Toronto, Canada. Tao Wu, who grew up in Wuyi, Fujian, China, is also the co-founder of the Toronto Tea Festival.
Tao Tea Leaf focuses on loose-leaf single-origin artisan teas. The store closes for three months of the year in the spring, to tour and select and source teas, and sells the tea through the remainder of the year.
