I picked up this blend from a friend, and I found it to be sickeningly sweet, to the point of being barely drinkable. Yerba mate is naturally quite sweet, so I do not see the need to sweeten it, and I tend to like unsweetened tea and herbal teas. A very smooth blend, but bordering on bland. I can see this as being vaguely coffee-like only in the most remote sense: the flavor is very mellow and smooth, unlike coffee.
I notice rooibos and cocoa, and a little bit of spice...it suggests cinnamon even though I don't see that listed in the ingredient list. Light...

The aroma is dominantly cinnamon, and there's also a strong suggestion of vanilla, which I suspect is from the mate. Creamy overall character. Definitely a chocolatey aroma with spicy undertones. I like the addition of the black tea to boost the spicy tones. I drink it with a splash of milk and no sweeters. Perfect.

Great tea as an alternative to coffee, and especially great in the morning. Does well iced or hot, and has a great deep lemony flavor without being too stringent. Tastes like a lemon Life-Saver!

I love this tea. It has a light mocha flavor with out the bite of coffee. It smells so good in the tin and when you brew it too. I like it with a little skim milk and sugar. Yum!
