The aroma is nice and bready although it's not very strong. The taste is good and classic for a regular high quality black tea. For me it's just a bit astringent but if that doesn't bother you then this tea would be perfect!

A delightful and robust tea that I could happily drink day after day, and that has been one of my favorite teas to start the day with lately.

I found this tea interesting to compare to the "Classic 58" which I also ordered in the same batch. It looks very different in terms of leaf appearance, but is surprisingly si...

This is one of those teas that I love and could drink every day, but when I've served it to others, I found it doesn't appeal to as wide an audience, especially among those with Western tastes. The aroma is mostly floral and malty, with some dried fruit and a slight scent of potatoes in the background. The flavor is slightly malt...

This tea is interesting. It has a strong aroma of molasses, which is a little weird. The flavor is pretty good. It's strong and deep. I added cream and sugar. It's kind of hard to brew with my small infuser because the balls expand so much.

In spite of having tried quite a few Yunnan teas by now, this was something completely different for me! Very interesting, although a little bit difficult to brew to satisfaction. The dry leaf, rolled into dense spheres, has only a mild aroma, more suggestive of Keemun than other Yunnan teas.

I first used a small ...
