This is a delicious version of Earl Grey. I'm very glad that it's organic since I'm paranoid about those sorts of things. The flavor is mild, but delicious and soothing.

I don't find much difference among the various serious Earl Greys (I'm dismissing some of the really cheap ones with a fake taste), maybe because the bergamot gives them all a distinctive flavor. This one is a pleasant, reasonably aromatic version. Generally, I prefer a stronger, darker tea, but this would be good for...

The loose leaf is larger and lighter gray than any of Teatulia's other black teas. The aroma of the dry leaf is strongly of bergamot, but it is a deep, complex aroma.

I brewed this tea for two minutes using one teaspoon per cup. This produced a bold, strong cup of tea that I think is a classic Earl Grey: very bala...
