A nice green tea! It has a quality that is both vegetable and not-quite-baked. I'm not entirely sure how to describe this. It tastes similar to teas that I had while in Japan, and which I enjoyed very much there. It seems to have cause a slight tickle in my throat the way that some green teas can. Extremely satisfying tea! I really like this one. The dry leaf had a wonderful, unique aroma that made me very excited to try the tea.
