A robust kind of chrysanthemum tea, love this especially in the autumn and winter season, but is quite good to as an ice tea in the summer. I only use 1.5g of tea per mug, as just a few flowers release already a lot of flavour!

The aroma is a strange yet not unpleasant blend of strawflowers, dill weed, cocoa, fresh flowers, caramel, and raw honey. It is really complex, I found myself sniffing the flowers for quite a while just trying to pick out all the notes and see how they blend together.

I am not a huge fan of Chrysanthemum tea - unless it's iced and sweetened and then i get kinda-sorta get into it, but when I lived in NY I would go to the Ito-En flagship store and get a bunch of different kids.
