Sampled at the Philly Coffee and Tea Festival.
Intensely aromatic: although most rooibos strikes me as more or less similar, this one actually stood out. The aroma is both powerful and complex, earthy, and with tones of vanilla. Medium-body, with a creamy texture.
Ajiri Tea seems to do a consistently excellent job of sourcing high-quality ingredients; I remain impressed with everything I've tried from them. I love that this is a company whose business model and philosophy I can stand behind, but that they also offer consistently high-quality tea and herbal teas as well. I'm glad that they're branching out into other products like this.
