Commercial Description
An organic white tea, consisting of both leaves and buds, this delightful brew offers notes of leather and hay that simply abound. Yielding a golden, honey liquor, this tea opens with distinction for a long, pleasant finish.
Brewing Instructions: (from Bellocq)
1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water, 175ºF/80ºC, 4-6 min, good for 2 infusions.
