Commercial Description
...The refreshing liquor yields smooth floral notes and a sweet apricot finish and the leaves are easy to brew and very forgiving. The locals call it a green tea, but technically it is a very lightly oxidised oolong...
Brewing Instructions: (from Canton Tea Co)
Use 1tsp to 1 tbs per cup (200ml); water temperature around 80°C (176°F): and infuse 2-4 mins. A forgiving, easy-to-brew tea - even if the leaves steep for a very long time it still tastes bright and smooth

Very smooth tea. The smell is sweet and reminds me of cinnamon toast crunch mixed with honey. The taste is very clean, green and enjoyable. It’s a laid back cup for me, which is exactly what I am looking for at 5pm. However, I would have liked to have a bit more flavor, it isn’t strong, but it could be stronger, imo.

A positive review describing this as an everyday green tea, fresh but subtle in aroma, vegetal and sweet smelling, comparing it to steamed vegetables. Photos show the dry leaf and brewed cup, which is light yellow.
