(RateTea Translation) Chinese white tea, with a fine, spicy aroma, lightly oxidized...very nice quality. With a wonderful taste of mango.

The marketing materials for this tea claim that this tea contains no caffeine or tannins, yet market it as a Chinese white tea, and does not note that it is caffeinated. We suspect that this company may be making false claims about its products. We do not know whether this is intentional or just a result of ignorance and negligence.

Half-litre pot at home. Pours clear light straw with no sediment. Clear aroma of mango, with notes of white tea leaves and mild touches of spice. Sweet-sourish flavour of ripe mango, with mild bitter notes of white tea lives and a tiny hint of some herbal spice. Smooth palate, with lingering white tea notes. This tea is one of my favourite fruit whites. It is relaxing and quiet, without aggressive fruity notes and yet with clear mango nuances. Not downright cheap (55 DKK per 100 g) but certainly worth the money. I could drink it every day if I could afford it!
