Commercial Description

Oolong means « black well » in Chinese and tea amateurs also call it blue-green because of the color of its leaves. This Formose tea is half fermented, that is to say between green and black tea. It comes from Formose (Taiwan), island specialised and known for the cultivation of this variety; it is also found in China. Low in caffeine, this tea delivers chestnut aromas in mouth.
