Commercial Description
Jasmine blossoms are blended with the tea when the petals are closed. As the sun sets the flowers open, imparting an exotic aroma on the delicate White Tea buds.
Brewing Instructions: (from Republic of Tea)
The water should be just short of boiling (175-185F) and the tea should steep only 30-60 seconds.

I enjoyed this slightly floral (jasmine) and very white, simple tea. Very good on it's own - I prefer it hot. Not enough body for an iced tea. I did add a bit of maple syrup to it, but it is fine unsweetened, too. I like it.

This is a very simple tea...the aroma is un-jasmine-like...more fruity. The flavor is weak but very smooth and there is some body to this tea. Pleasant but unremarkable. Reasonably priced.
