Commercial Description
African rooibos makes the perfect base for the finest caffeine-free Earl Grey. Its sweet, deep red infusion presents fruity and floral notes of bergamot citrus without the astringency, bitterness and caffeine found in a common Earl Grey.
Brewing Instructions: (from Rishi Tea)
Water: 195°F / Leaves: 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces / Infusion Time: 5–7 minutes
