Very gingery, especially in the finish. Sour, and suggesting of sweetness but without actually being sweet. Oddly similar to fruit juice.
I found this blend interesting to try, but it was not the sort of thing I would like to drink on a regular basis because it was too sour for me. It is quite complex, however, both in flavor, aroma, and sensations on the palate, and is a refreshing change of pace from the usual fruity herbal blends.
Even though this wasn't my cup of tea, I'd recommend it to people who like fruity herbal teas with a sour flavor, but want something bolder and more aromatically nuanced than the usual blends.
