This isn't a bad tea, but it would be more impressive if the flavor felt fuller. A more robust rooibos taste might make it feel more substantial. Or, perhaps I need to try this using two tea bags instead of one. I may try that next time.
Still, with a bit of spice and no sweetness, when you're craving something that won't pander to your sweet tooth, it's not bad. Certainly worth trying.
Update: It's much better with two bags. That does double the price of each cup, but I really appreciate the fuller flavor.
