I've been looking for a ginger tea that wasn't overwhelming for quite a while. This one, Stash knocked out of the park! The aroma is ginger and peach, go figure, and the flavor is a wonderful peach base with subtle ginger notes that blend together beautifully without being overpowering. My favorite to date from Stash!

Inexpensive - around $3 - $4 for a box of 25 tea bags. Frut and peachy fragrance that brews up quickly. Not nearly as good as Republic of Teas version - but very inexpensive and good when I can't get Republic's. My 11 year old loves fruuity teas (Peach and Pineapple especially). Some ginger notes - but not harsh. Great for a sore throat.

Initial aroma is mostly of peach if you brew this tea briefly, but as you brew it longer the ginger comes out much more strongly; the ginger aroma stays in the cup. Smooth, fresh tasting...the ginger is very noticeable, especially if you brew it for a long time. I enjoyed this one very much; it has a very different character (much sharper ginger presence) than other ginger-peach teas, and I like that.
