A mellow mint aroma, and a flavor that matches it fairly well. It's not a strong mint flavor, but it's definitely present. It reminds me of a pure green tea with a few spearmint leaves added to it. While the name is indicative of the holidays, the tea isn't... it's more a springtime feel in my opinion. Not a bad option if you're looking for a mild mint tea though!

Mellow and smooth, but too weak for my taste, this tea will appeal much more to those who enjoy straight, unadulterated spearmint as a tea flavoring. If not for the caffeine, this would make a relaxing bedtime blend. Spearmint is the overwhelmingly dominant flavor and smell, with hardly a hint of the green tea whose leaves (and perhaps stems) that I clearly can see in-bag. As for those stems, it's hard to tell if they belong to the spearmint, the camellia, or both. On the positive side, the aftertaste was pleasant and not soapy—somewhat atypical in my experience with spearmint-laden beverages.
There is some greater potential here. Even though it tastes more like Celestial Seasonings' Sleepytime, this blend would be better-served with a much higher proportion of peppermint. With a name like "Merry Mint" (implying holiday connections), some vanilla-bean shavings and perhaps cinnamon as well. Make it more like a caffeinated competitor of, or counterpart to, CS' Candy Cane Lane.
