This is one of the best pure white teas I've tried. It's flavor is pleasant and smooth and it resteeps very well. However, to get the best flavor, make just enough for one cup at a time. I have a kettle that can keep tea warm up to an hour. As with so many white teas, it's best not to use this feature in this case. Reheating tea likewise affects its flavor. The additional heat doesn't make the cup bad, but it does slightly distort the flavor. Another option to avoid overbrewing or excessive heat is to infuse the tea through a funnel having fine mesh on the bottom. I've been told this is the more Chinese method of infusion.
Regardless, I would happily get this again to satisfy a need for white tea.
