Commercial Description
Often referred to as Jade Oolong and one of Taiwan’s most renowned teas, Tung Ting is a minimally oxidized, rolled leaf oolong that revels abundant flavor mingled with sweet floral notes.

Very complex. Light, but bold.
Aroma is simultaneously floral and herbal. Strong, almost orchid-like fragrances emerge and vanish from an herbaceous background.
Even when unsweetened, it tastes like a bit of honey has been added.
This is one of the best examples of this tea that I've seen in this price range. I've sampled some Tung Tings that I prefer but they were far more expensive, and others that are cheaper but they weren't as good.
