The aroma is crisp and clean with notes of cedar and pine with tones of pepper and sage. Once brewed the tea becomes more herbaceous with strong hints of sage and basil, there are notes of pine resin and sweetness of freshly tapped tree sap.
The tea's flavor reminds me of the way that a winter forest smells. It is crisp, clean, with strong notes of cedar and sweetness. It becomes sweeter as it cools and has a tingly mouthfeel from the trichomes.
